Summary of Experience

Mr. Hansen is a Vice President, LSRP, and LEP and has been with EcolSciences, Inc. for over twelve years. His areas of expertise include the investigation of hazardous waste sites with a focus on sampling strategies, remediation, compliance issues, LSRP Oversight, environmental liability assessments, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) regulations, and report preparation. His duties currently involve LSRP Oversight, Brownfield Redevelopment strategies, project management, regulatory compliance, and oversight of audits and investigations required for financial and real estate transactions in New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New York and beyond. Additional responsibilities include the development and oversight of soil sampling and remediation strategies for hazardous waste sites, regulatory compliance, underground storage tank removals, vapor intrusion investigations and remediations, ISRA compliance, Hazardous Discharge Site Remediation Fund (HDSRF) applications, Health and Safety oversight, litigation support, and management of staff.
