Summary of Experience

Mr. Schweitzer is a Principal Owner of EcolSciences, Inc. and has been with the company for over 30 years. As part of the corporate management team, Mr. Schweitzer's primary responsibilities include corporate leadership and day-to-day management, business development, and technical oversight of company projects.  In addition to his corporate management responsibilities, his areas of expertise after 33+ years in the consulting industry include LSRP oversight, the investigation and remediation of hazardous waste sites with a focus on regulatory compliance, real estate transactions, Brownfield redevelopment strategies, environmental liability assessments, and project management. Additional responsibilities include oversight of numerous Brownfield redevelopment projects (i.e. residential, commercial and industrial), preparation and review of environmental reports, issuance of regulatory approvals as a LSRP, and coordination with clients, developers, regulatory agencies, and lending institutions to facilitate necessary approvals and address financing requirements. Mr. Schweitzer interfaces regularly with the legal community and provides expert testimony. Mr. Schweitzer's experience has also included USEPA site assessments, health and safety management, UST decommissioning, and personnel training and management.
