Ms. Roche is a Senior Project Manager with EcolSciences, Inc. and has more than 7 years of environmental experience. She has professional experience in wetland and stream delineations; threatened & endangered species surveys; environmental permitting, planning, and monitoring; and constraints analyses with a focus on renewable energy, electric generation, and natural gas projects. Additional experience includes construction oversight to ensure compliance with permit conditions, preparation of permit applications and GIS mapping. Ms. Roche has extensive experience with power utility clients and has expertise in local and state regulations in NY and NJ as well as federal regulations as they apply to electric generation and transmission projects.
