Summary of Experience

Mr. Loeffler is an Assistant Vice President and LSRP for EcolSciences, Inc. with over 12 years of experience.  His areas of expertise include the investigation and remediation of contaminated sites with a focus on sampling strategies, compliance attainment, and report preparation.  Representative project elements include Phase I/Phase II Assessments, NJDEP Remedial Phase Reporting, USEPA Reporting, and the development of soil sampling proposals and remediation strategies for contaminated sites.  His primary responsibilities include the preparation and review of remedial phase reports to be submitted to the NJDEP, preparation of proposals, issuance of regulatory approvals as a LSRP, and coordination with clients and the regulatory agencies.
