Mr. Loeffler is an Assistant Vice President and LSRP for EcolSciences, Inc. with over 12 years of experience. His areas of expertise include the investigation and remediation of contaminated sites with a focus on sampling strategies, compliance attainment, and report preparation. Representative project elements include Phase I/Phase II Assessments, NJDEP Remedial Phase Reporting, USEPA Reporting, and the development of soil sampling proposals and remediation strategies for contaminated sites.
