Summary of Experience
Mr. Papaganeres is a Project Manager for EcolSciences and has over 15 years of experience in the environmental field. Representative project elements include the development of soil sampling and remediation strategies, laboratory data analyses, and Phase I and Phase II Environmental Audit investigations. His areas of expertise include site investigation, site remediation, soil and groundwater sampling, identification of contaminant migration pathways as well as the management of health and safety project.
Mr. Papaganeres has participated in right-of-way (ROW) span investigations, soil contamination delineations and remediation for several PSEG Utility Right-of-Way Projects in New Jersey. Over his career, Mr. Papaganeres has managed and implemented several Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Investigations, Sampling and Remediation Activities, as well as Receptor Evaluations and regulatory reporting for various clients and projects.
