Mr. Popin is an Ecologist with EcolSciences, Inc with four years of consulting experience.  He has conducted environmental studies for a wide range of clients focused in New Jersey and New York, including government agencies, major utilities, and private industry. His responsibilities include threatened and endangered species surveys, botanical surveys and reporting,  delineating wetlands following the Federal Manual for Identifying and Delineating Jurisdictional Wetlands, the preparation of applications for Letters of Interpretation, Transition Area Waivers, and General Permits in accordance with the New Jersey Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act, identifying regulated environmentally sensitive areas, waters, and wetlands within overhead utilities for compliance during vegetative maintenance.
