Mr. Moy is an Executive Vice President of EcolSciences, Inc. and has 39 years of experience in environmental engineering including: environmental investigations; underground tank removal; ISRA implementation; hazardous waste management; engineering feasibility studies; Phase I/II audits for real estate transactions; and hazardous waste remediation activities and Brownfield development. Mr. Moy's responsibilities to EcolSciences' industrial, and development clients include environmental compliance assurance relating to due diligence and hazardous waste activities. Mr. Moy is regarded as a leading environmental transactional consultant to the lending industry in New Jersey and the New York metropolitan area.
