Mr. Pignatelli is a Senior Environmental Scientist and qualified bog turtle surveyor with EcolSciences, Inc., specializing in the fields of natural resource including; rare, threatened, and endangered species habitat management, construction oversite, project permitting and environmental compliance. In addition to working with rare species, Mr. Pignatelli has significant experience with wetland sciences including wetland delineations, function and value assessment, wetland mitigation, and restoration management.
